Account registration and security

To create an account, you must be at least 13 years old and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it.

• Keep your password and sign-in credentials secure and private
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use
• Ensure your information remains accurate and current
• Use only one personal account per individual

Acceptable use

BlumaSpace is designed to help you organise notes, tasks, and projects in one place. You agree to use the platform responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws.

Prohibited activities include:

• Engaging in illegal or fraudulent behaviour
• Posting or sharing harassing, harmful, or offensive content
• Spreading malware, spam, or phishing content
• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the service
• Accessing other users’ data without authorisation
• Infringing intellectual property rights

Subscriptions and payments

BlumaSpace offers a free plan and a paid Plus plan. Plus is billed through Gumroad on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the option you choose at checkout. Pricing, features, and billing terms are described on our pricing page and at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Gumroad. If you cancel, your Plus access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan.

We may change pricing or plan features from time to time. Where changes affect an active subscription, we will provide reasonable notice and the change will take effect at the next renewal.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with Plus, contact us at hello@bluma.space within 14 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a refund, subject to applicable consumer protection laws. Refunds for renewal charges are handled case-by-case; reach out and we’ll do our best to be fair.

Service availability and modifications

We aim to keep BlumaSpace running reliably, but occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or events outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features as the product evolves, and will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

Intellectual property

BlumaSpace itself — the brand, design, code, and integrations — is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your personal data and content while granting us a limited right to process it as needed to provide the service. If you believe your rights are violated, please contact us for review and resolution.

Privacy and data handling

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your data. By using BlumaSpace, you consent to those practices.

When syncing your notes, tasks, projects, and preferences, we store the relevant data securely. You can delete your account and data at any time, though some information may be retained where legally required.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data per our Privacy Policy, except where retention is legally required.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

BlumaSpace is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve (12) months. This limitation allows us to keep the service affordable and accessible.

Updates to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the service or in applicable law. We’ll notify you of major updates via email or within the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
