Calendar & sync.
Your meetings and your tasks, on one timeline - and, if you want it, your real calendar pulled in too.
Day, week, month
Calendar shows your tasks and events together, and you can switch the lens whenever you need to: Day for a single timeline with a live now-line tracking the moment, Week for the next seven days, Month for the wider view.
In Day view, tasks with a time slot sit on the timeline beside your events - drag any task from the side panel onto the timeline to give it a real block of time.
Events
Events are their own thing, separate from tasks - a real start and end time, an all-day option, and support for spans across multiple days (shown as “day 2 of 3” so you always know where you are in a longer event).
Prep tasks & notes
Link a task to an event as prep - open the event later and the task is right there with it, ready to check off before the meeting starts.
You can also create a note straight from an event, for meeting notes or things you want to remember. One click from the calendar into the note, one click back.
Both links show up on the event itself, so nothing is buried somewhere else.
Connect your calendar
From Settings → Connections, connect Google Calendar to sync two-way. Pick which of your calendars to pull in - work, home, shared - and star one as the default calendar new events you create in BlumaSpace should land in.
Calendars you don’t own come in read-only, so you can see a shared or subscribed calendar without accidentally editing it.
Free vs. Premium
The Calendar view itself, with your time-blocked tasks, is free for everyone. Creating or syncing events - including connecting Google Calendar - is a Premium feature.
