What’s free, what’s Premium, and how the money side actually works.
Free vs. Premium
Free is the whole productivity app: unlimited notes and tasks, up to 5 color-coded projects, Today, Upcoming, Inbox, Calendar, and a full Pomodoro focus timer with history.
Premium (€3/mo or €30/year) adds the Dashboard - habits, supplements, vocabulary, weather - plus unlimited projects, custom recurrence, and Google Calendar sync.
Your free first month
Every new account starts with a full month of Premium, turned on automatically - no card, no countdown. Use the whole thing; nothing is charged unless you choose to continue afterward.
Check Settings → Plan to see exactly when your free month ends. When it does, you land back on Free automatically - nothing you’ve made is ever deleted or locked.
Upgrading & managing
Upgrading opens a Gumroad checkout - your card details never touch our servers. Once you’re on a paid subscription, Settings → Plan shows your renewal date and a Manage subscription link straight to your Gumroad receipt, where you can update your card or cancel.
Already paid, not seeing Premium?
Open Settings → Plan and use I already paid to link your Gumroad purchase. Paste the email you paid with - for security, it has to match your BlumaSpace sign-in email exactly.
Paid with a different address? Email support@bluma.space and we’ll link it manually.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your Gumroad receipt - no email back-and-forth, no retention loop. You keep every Premium feature until the date you’ve already paid through, then the account quietly drops to Free. Your data stays exactly as it was.
